Tickets purchased through tickets.ogdenmustangs.com are non-refundable. Before finalizing your purchase, please carefully review your event and seating selection. Policies set forth expressly prohibit Ogden Mustangs from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Please be aware of flying pucks on and off the ice while in attendance during the event. No outside food or drink is allowed in the arena. Tickets are required for entry.
DUE TO COVID 19 GUIDELINES ONLINE TICKET SALES ONLY Clear bags, no backpacks, small clutches only. Diaper bags with children will need to be inspected. No outside food or drink allowed. Seat assignment changes, max capacity limits, and any other unforeseeable events due to COVID 19 should be expected. In the event a game is cancelled, we will work to reschedule games and your paid ticket will be used for the rescheduled game. In the event a game is not rescheduled, we will be offering a credit for the future.
We have been working with the State of Utah and Weber County to updated our protocols based on the Governor's latest announcement. Tickets are limited to 700 fans to ensure 6 feet separation and masks are mandatory.
